The n2x.io Billing Portal simplifies managing your account by providing a centralized location for all your billing needs. It offers a user-friendly interface for easy access to your billing information and control over your payment methods.

How to Access the Billing Portal

Warning

Only the Account Administrator can access the billing portal.

You can access the billing portal either using n2x.io webUI or CLI (n2xctl).

In the navigation menu on the left, click Account and then click Billing Portal:

Use the following command to access the billing portal:

n2xctl account billing portal

The command will open the Billing Portal in your browser:

$ n2xctl account billing portal

Supported Payment Methods

n2x.io leverages Stripe's global payment processing infrastructure to offer a wide range of localized payment options for your convenience. The specific methods available depend on your geographic location.

During checkout within the Billing Portal, you'll see a list of payment methods supported in your region. Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) - accepted worldwide.

How to Change Invoice Email Address

Invoices are sent to the email address associated with your billing information. This is the email address you provided when creating your account.

To Change Your Invoice Email:

  1. Access the Billing Portal: Billing Portal.
  2. In the Billing Information section, click Update information.
  3. Update your email address and save the changes.

Next Invoice

The updated email address will be used for your next invoice.

How to Access Past Invoices

You can easily download copies of your past invoices in PDF format for your records. Here's how:

  1. Access the Billing Portal: Billing Portal.
  2. Navigate to the Invoice History section.
  3. Locate the invoice you want to download and click it.
